Hi jack,is it for UK channels?if so go into menu/set up/service searching/autobouquetmaker then set up your region/providers etc if your using vix

I'll give it a try and see how I get on with it having problems getting around this box,
Just seems harder than previous boxes I have had

Very simple. Either use Autobouquetsmaker or install a settings / bouquets pack via plugins. Menu > Plugins > Press Green to download plugins > Highlight Settings and press OK. Plenty to choose from.
