Zeus update to Apollo question.

I'm still on Zeus Build 023, If i reflash to Apollo 014 can i use my settings backup from Zeus 023?

If so which folders should i back up in the backup manager?

I want to keep all system settings, Plugins w/ Plugins settings, Autotimer/timers & Cccam File/s

yes you can just create a new restore point before you flash the box & the chose to restore from back up
