hope you can help i cannot get a servce on sky prem and was wondering what the note means that come up service not found( PAT not found in SID)

if i'm not mistaken sky premier was one of the channels that underwent a frequency change. you need to either load a new bouquet pack or load a new satellites.xml and do a rescan

What time did you jump to SKY Premier as it does not broadcast 24/7 and outside of its programming hours will show as PAT NF SID

I'm pretty certain Premier did NOT move, so Stan would appear to have pin-pointed the correct reason for this "error".

premier and premier+1 moved about a week ago, I think. Not sure cause I don't watch the SD channels any more.

The move was 2/3 weeks ago along with Classic HD as well.
Use one of the latest E2 boquets and it will be sorted.
