New to this and not very techno minded i am about to order the VU + Solo and would like to know what software i need to get it up and running.

It comes with software on it but what do you want to do?

I would put VIX on as best image, buy it from the sponsor and he will flash it for you.

i suppose i need to put CCCam on it do i need to download software or can i put it straight on

It's in the vix feed but no cfg file. That you will need to do yourself.
