whats the deal with ABM, still getting tuner lock error

right guys for 6 months i have been posting about abm and still not sorted it

if i use crossepg all is ok, but if there is a missing channel and go to ABM i always get "tuner lock time out"

i get this on

solo2 on helios
2 x tm-2t on zeus
xtrend 9200 on vix 3.0

so its not just related to my box

someone said was to do with the tuner set up? it always goes to pick tuner A?

my solo 2 has motor on b and fixed on a so no problem there

the others are 2 feeds from fix dishs, yet still get the errors?

"tuner lock time out"
Means exactly what it says. ABM is trying to use the next available free & suitable tuner but can't lock to it for some reason.
How are these boxes with the issue configured tuner wise? Do they have feeds to all tuners?
Can you take screenshots of your Tuner config settings & post them please.

If you try watching a recording & run ABM while that's playing, does ABM run OK then?

my box at present uses ONLY tuner B for a motor and no loops and is set to perf B under the tuner part

if i watch tv, updating cross epg ect is ok, as soon as i try and use ABM i get the box at bottom and then just times out. but as i said not only my boox, but uncle at one house and gf house as well.

I am not understnding your tuner config. Two sentences that are conflicting (to me) reproduced below.

Can you re-describe what you have physically connected to tuner A?
Did you manually set the tuners up or select automatic?
Tuner config screenshot for tuner A would be apprciated.
