missing settings

under av, we used to have a sharpness settings ect, i cant seem to find them? trying to make my SD look a little better

videoenhancement plugin is no longer installed by default because most people prefer their tv in conjunction with auto resolution to do such things but you can download it from system plugins on the feeds.
