Is it possible to get cable on a TM Twin?

Don't think so mate. As far as I am aware the tuners are fixed and not interchangeable. I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.

Not sure if they support usb tuner as never tried myself but that's the only way.

Support for USB tuners was added a while back on the TM 7335 units.

Not tried it though.
