Sundtek USB Cable tuner

Hello, i have just done a settings back up on my solo2 and duo2, then downloaded Apollo 007 (couch flash) restored settings and everything is fine except my usb tuners, i find i then need to go into the sundtek control plugin, re-install driver, reboot machine and then enter my area settings again. Are there any files i can choose to back up extra so i dont need to do this every time i flash?
p.s. My DVBsky960 always needs re-enabling and setting back up again as well, although the driver does seem to restore for this.
