Hi All,

Quick question where would be the best place to find a developer that could create an App for the android and iTunes market, I would like to create a multiple choice examination on both of those platforms or are there any templates out there I could re-use?

Basically a multiple choice question and study guide, I could do with someone designing and building an app but allow me to upload and edit a question data base.
