Lost HD Channels

Hi Guys,

I've lost the ability to view some of my HD channels yet I can watch the normal ones for example. Unable to watch Sky Sports 4 HD but can watch Sky Sports 4.

Any idea's\pointers?

they been "knocked out" by sly,, and theres no fix to date.. cheers satcat
