Unable to update Apollo 004

My Duo2 will not update from 004 to 005 it says 380 packages to update it goes through the update process then remains in standby when i power up it is still at 004 with an update available Thanks for any help

It's a known issue that's being looked into so leave the update for now.

Hi,
for Duo2 there is a solution:
Connect via Telnet
opkg remove vuplus-shutdown and then the Duo2 will perhaps shutdown so you have to restart it
Connect again via telnet
opkg update
opkg upgrade
reboot
Connect again via telnet
opkg install vuplus-shutdown
Because of the huge amount of updates backup, reflash and restore might be faster.

Ok Thanks will do when 005 is available to download, Is this the same issue we had with 001 when we had to reflash to get the update

004 and 005 are unstable updates unless you have set your box to receive unstable updates you will not see them as an available online update
