why isn't there remote channel streams converter in Apollo?

Not sure what you mean? The plugin is available, and can be installed from the feeds.
If you don't see it as available on the feeds, it has already been installed.

As I use this plugin on all my boxes, it would be one of the first things I would notice if something was wrong.
