Your installing the wrong drivers, you want the one that says DW2101 - it was just below the DVBSKY one.

Hi Stanman, i thought you might have the answer, can you tell me why the DvbSky960 driver doesnt install for DvbSky960, is there a reason?, i'm sure Sirius said a while back he uses the proper driver.?

I did and have just posted the a question about the same thing lol. As I keep getting the same error.. Although I use to have DW2101 installed aswell but just can not seem to get the dvbsly ones installed any more.

You still need to install DW2101, these are not the drivers for this particular chipset

From looking around the web to install dvbsky products on linux you need to provide the firmware files (kernel) files during driver install, that seems to be what the error is suggesting that dependencies are not being met, ie kernel files not being present.
