lost service scan type - provider

Hi All

OK have a issue with Helios & Apollo VIX, when i setup with new image i set the tuners up as one being a sat tuner and tuner b as a cable tuner on my miracle box.
On the cable tuner it allows me to set it as used service scan type - provider but once i upload a saved channel list from dbedit i only have frequency bands or frequency steps, this is stopping me doing manual scans at a later date.

If everything is fine until you transfer your saved list, I would presume that the settings have something in them.

Have you considered installing Apollo and then using ABM for Cable?

Yes have installed Apollo to see if that ruled it out but getting the same results, can you explain the ABM for cable process?

Only those providers taht match your tuner will be provided to you. Select Virgin UK, Select your Net ID and then scan.

Thanks mate works a treat scanned Bristol and download channel list and added it to my multi sat list.
