I used to have a sky HD box downstairs which was hooked up to a labgear distrubution box in the loft and a power supply downstairs with the box. I could watch sky anywhere in any of my rooms and there was no interference.
I recently got rid of the sky box for a Vu duo box.
I'm using an rf modulator to get the sat signal around the house.
Now I have interference for the normal analogue and freeview signals. Its like lines that keep coming down the screen.
The sat signal also has the lines coming down the screen. I know its not the box as through the hdmi its perfect.
Does the sky box have some sort of interference protection or is it something to do with the voltage that came through the sky rf out ?
Many thanks
Andy
