what ccam should i install on my new vu+duo with vix apollo

Hi guys just ordered a vu+duo from wos just wondering whats the best ccam file i should put into it using vix apollo.as i am new to this box.
I had a crappy s5 openbox before this one any help would be great thanks in advance of advice.
