Purple picture and no sound

Hi, I installed Helios just using USB and reastart at the back, after I installed and set up everything I turned off the box and when I turned it back on the picture went purple and there was no sound, some times I have trouble turning it on.
Any other image that I use I have no problem like this.Is there step by step procedure to install it or if you can help me in any way because everything else works fine and I want to use this image.
