PLi has no image for any TM, so this can't be correct.
Opera or any other browser or HbbTV should be provided by the manufacturer; as far as I know TM doesn't do that.

So i'm a liar on both fronts?

Ah, you had 4D? Well, that's PLi-based, not PLi.
I have no idea if that has the Opera browser on board, but if you say so I assume it does. As far as I know 4D is the factory image from TM, so if it does have the browser, we should have it as well.
I'll ask around to see if TM is supplying it to us.

When speaking to TM they used the term "PLI" as the image so took it as the correct abbreviation rather than Openpli 4D, it deffo came with Opera but was told to use Openvix as it's a better image

That's not very decent of them, as it gives the wrong impression.
They'd better call it '4OD' as we all do.

Well, we asked TM. They told us that they:
1- have nothing to do with the '4OD' image, and
2- that they have no license for any browser, and
3- that they don't have any HbbTV plugin.

As we try to stay on the right side of the law, we (VIX) doesn't and will not supply those add ons.
