Swap 'dead' HD channels...

Can anyone tell me, now that more and more HD channels are 'unavailable' is it possible to swap the ones that don't work with their SD versions that do?

Obviously I know I can just tell ABM to not swap HD but there's still FTA stuff that is good to have in place.

Is there a way to swap individual channels?

what i started to do as the hd go move the sd channel to bouquet favorites and +1 when you miss that programme you have the +1 to record to hopefully,:D
