Will the VU Duo remote work with the Solo2 ? or can it be made to work?

Ive bought some non genuine Vu remotes for the bedroom and man are they nasty to operate !

Hi,
you can use an old Duo remote if you set the remote control code of the Solo2 to 1. Qwertz remote works with Solo2.

Can anyone confirm if the directional buttons around the OK button click when you press them ? , these cheapo clone remotes I'm using click and it bugs the $hit out of me
