16e problems

hi, i have just changed boxes from a dm7000s to the vu+duo. have managed to get more or less eveything running that i need but, using the dm i got a signal of about 75%on 16e with no breakup of picture. on the duo i can only get 40% and the pic is breaking up on most channels. i have tweeked the positioner setings to get the max signal. other sats are peaking at around 85%.using vix1.2 image in flash and a diseqc 1.2 motor with just one tuner. any help much appreciated.

What channels you having problems on.
I had a few the other day and done a re-scan on that sat and that sorted them all out.

digitalb films, supersports etc, only a few channels clearing without breakup of pic.
