Hi all, since upgrading to helios 17 I have noticed an issue with 3D. I get an annoying border which looks like an overlay as it's transparent, there's numbers on the bottom border. It is very off putting as it distracts from the main viewing. The 3D works perfect it's just this border.
I have a vu duo2 box. I have tried the 3d through the aerial and do not get this border so I know it's not my TV settings.
I have also tried various aspects and other different settings but it makes no difference.
Anyone else had this issue?

When watched with 3D glasses that border is so annoying.

What are your settings in Menu -> Setup -> System -> User interface -> Position setup?

User interface visibility 255
Move left/right 14
Width 692
Move up/down 11
Height 544

These settings work fine on all other channels including HD, it was also working fine with 3D until recently.

So, you have overscan enabled on your TV?
Set them to max values:
Move left/right 0
Width 720
Move up/down 0
Height 576

And disable overscan.

Where do I find overscan please?

All depends on your TV. Google the make & model along with overscan.
