channels recovery

I set my spiderbox 6000HD to factory setting. I lost a lot of channels how can I recover them/

That's them gone then you'll have to scan the satellites to reinstall channels. After you've done your best to save your channel list to a usb stick. That way if you do a Factory Reset you'll be able to load your channel list back on. There is another way if you download a premade Channel list to your box try the search engine in here for channel lists for your Spider.
