VU+ Duo Picture too big

I have two of these boxes and on one of them the picture has gone too wide and too high as if the tv is set to zoom .I cant even see the menu as its off the screen.Its not the TV as the other box works fine when connected to the same TV.Any ideas anyone?

Yes: then the TV has actually been set to zoom (probably overscan).

are the settings in both boxes the same ? There is a possibility to extend or shrimp the screen settings but have the box not for me now.

See OSD-position settings: values should be set to max and overscan on the TV should be set to off.

I can only see the edge of the boxes menu as most of it is off the screen so only guessing at the settings. It was ok until I powered it down and powered it back on at the mains plug a few days later.

Turn the TV's overscan off.

You can also use the RC that's in the web-if to correct any settings.

Thanks forgot about web-if will have a play around.Just tried on another TV just to be sure its the box and it is just the same.Cant find any menu adjustments in web-if.Have just managed to do a factory reset and the problem seems to be solved.

As has been said now more than once, turn off overscan on the TV.
One box was probably adjusted to suit overscan while the second one hasn't.
