No audio on VU+ Solo using HDMI

Is there someone who can assist in this "old" problem with no adiuo using HDMI?

Model: VU+ Solo

Version: Helios
Build: 015
Kernel: 3.1.1
Drivers: 2014-03-10
Last update: 2014-05-03

Running through the forum it seems like a bug occured and fixed in 2013?!?
