Show channel numbers on Epg screen?

Hey all,

Is it possible to insert channel number in EPG menu?...I'm using Helios 11 with the brilliant Blue HD skin.

There is options to put channel numbers in the service list and infobar, but I can't see the option anywhere to show channel number in EPG mate.

That discussion was had some time ago.If I remember correctly @Andyblac said no.

The EPG opens up and is navigated within bouquets, not numbers.

Guess I'm being a little picky mate to an already fantastic skin, just thought it would've added to the EPG side of things. But if it can't be done it's no biggy.

I opend a tread also on that subject : is it possible to have channel numbers in EPG or multi EPG.The answer was NO.
In openpli that works fine on my bedroomreceiver.Is easyer to go directly to another channel.

im pretty sure mine has the number on it. eg 101 - BBC HD

thats not right imo, i think those numbers are different from the numbers from your bouquets.

my bouquets in channel selection show 101 = BBC HD, and if i enable show channel numbers from E2 it will show for eg 1084 101 = BBC HD

I use AutobouquetMaker from Vix and Ocram picons from the feeds mate.

As far as I can tell mate the numbers seem ok, like you said I've got 101 for BBC HD and so on. No worries catch up with you later.

im 100% certain its not right now, please check the first post on the blue-hd thread where there are 3 screenshots,
look at the epg one and notice it has the channel numbers there :)

it must be the autobouquetsmaker not putting the channel numbers on your bouquets.
i use lraizers autobouquets atm.

Lraizer's one adds number to name of channel. EPG would still not be showing numbers. It'd be showing a name which has a number.

Don't think so...maybe the only way to have channel numbers in EPG with ABM would be to remove the picons, but I kinda like the effect the picons generate. I'm a greedy so and so I wanted both:D

they are posted in the blue-hd thread mate

i dont use picons in the channellists/epgs, as theres a picon in the top left of screen. it gives more room and looks better imo

picons are too small thats probably why you have about 10 rows in your channel selection screen so you could make the picons bigger.? :)

Can't find the picons on any post mate only the rar.file for Blue HD v3 which I've got. Any chance when you get a moment you could point me in the right direction. Thanks man

LraiZers plugin does it is by physically renaming the channel name to include the number. for example Discovery HD would be renamed to 520 - Discovery HD.

ABM does not touch the channel name at all, it leaves it exactly as the broadcaster intended it to be, hence why the numbers dont appear on the G-EPG.
