no sound when changing channel

hi guys

i have a vu duo running latest vix software, i have an issue that when i change any channel I have no sound. I then need to reboot the box and the sound returns. I have checked all settings to no avail

any ideas?

sorry but latest version means very little to us. we would need to know the exact image version and build number.
