software updates

Hi guys need help please when i try to run a system update i get message feeds are down for maintenance, but this has been for 3 days now
also when i try to update ts media i get your reciever encountered software problems and then it reboots any ideas ???
I have lost bthd1 & 2 and also dave hd.

I have vu+ solo2 with enigma if that is what you meen someone set it up for me, i don't know about these things sorry

Menu -> Information -> About, let us know the build & image number reported there.

build 793 no mention of image

That would be ViX 3.0, which was discontinued nearly 6 months ago, we have since deleted the image feeds for this image. if you want to use the image feeds again you would need to update to a more modern image.
