Upgrade from Helios 4 to 10 stuck at boot screens

Hi Guys

I upgraded my Helios4 to 10 today, then Uno went into reboot mode
now all i can get now, is the boot screen with message loading please wait
it has been like that for over 20 mins or so

I took other members suggestions of unplugged my internal sata drive
also ethernet cable, and tried a further reboots, still the same

also if i attempt to reflash box with same or earlier images
it seems as if box wont recognise usb pen after pressing
the ch - with the 10 secs period , and just continues to go into boot mode
and hangs again at boot screen...

i can strangely enough ftp my box and see folders and
file structures

any good suggestions ??

found out to be 2 dodgy USB pens
now in the process of re flashing Helios 4

reflash with 004 and then update through box

Dont worry about it mate, It happens. You should not have any issues updating from build 004 to build 010 though, if you do again please upload the corresponding logs for us to have a look at.

I will report any problems, but mine stuck in boot loop
and i tried a reflash as you suggested, but both of my
usb pens were fauly, so box would not read them, hey ho
