THOMSON DSI8215 unable to watch only 3 HD channell

Hi i got problem

my thomson DSI8215 are unable to watch only 3 HD channel :
NAT GEO HD , HISTORY HD , CI HD Rest Movies Sports in HD working fine

I pairing this same card from my thomson with 2tb and working fine this channel.Am put back my card to thomson and repairing and still no
i upgrade software in my Thomson
and this still dont help.
been send me 4 times signal i informed a want swap box any agent set no problem to pairing with this box.

i got multiroom with this same thomson DSI8215 and here is this same problem

Am using my card only in thomson boxes no i vu or similar
but this is one working absolutle fine

Did someone told me where is problem?

Yes i confirm SKY ARTS1 HD and SKY arts 2 HD no working.
