Mediaset channels in HD on 5w satellite

Hello
can anyone help
I am unable to manualy load rai channels and mediaset hd chanells i.e canle 5 rete4 on 5west satellite
any reason why not as can down load TF1 HD at same satellite.
have ocatgon sf8hd receiver
have tried manual dowload of transponder chanells (info for fec polarisation and transponder from LYNGSAT) but get nothing
have 1 metre motorised dishand am in north london

They use Multistream MIS and are not recevable with commercial receivers. They are feeds for DTT in Italy ( or France )
I receive them with TBS5925 a USB receiver capable to decode the MIS technic.
