Transfer Plugin from Flash To HDD??

Hi All, i have just installed a new HDD in my Solo2, Now i would like to Transfer my Plugin watch are installed on The Flash, As my Box takes around 90sec to boot-up
any help would be great

90 secs is fine. Why do you boot up?
Also they have to be in the flash ;)

Thanks for the reply, i have a lot of plug-ins and with a little left is Flash memory

Yep, 512 MB. No idea how you can get that full.

i just look in my flash space and found a small video file, just deleted it and have more space, :) :confused:
