Scrambled Channels

Hello

Please can anybody help me.

I have a Spiderbox 7000hd and have a cline, my problem is that im getting Scrambled channel message flash up on the screen.

I have gone into Menu setting then Network, then Client, I checked the cline and its saying its connected, but im still getting no pictures or sound.

Please can anyone help me
