Remote problem

my remote wont allow me to back up twice. the first back up is ok but when i try again i have to move up or down to ue back up again. also the ok button wont work twice in a row any ideas please cheers

Usually the batteries need replacing!

Hmm that's what usually happens with mine. The sun isn't shining on the front of the box is it as this can also cause the remote to be temperamental?
