Hi, I live in Canada and use Shaw Direct...
I have 2 receivers in my house
I can get channels on one receiver and not on the other receiver...
Does anyone have an idea what I need to do?
I could provide more information.
Just ask me what you need
Tx
The receiver names, how & what they should connect to would be a help to anyone answering...

receiver names are Motorola HDDSR 600
connect from satellite on roof to my receivers
Sorry but 'connect from satellite on roof to my receivers' gives little ideas.
You might get better help asking on a Canadian based forum? Sorry I can't offer any help, maybe someone else can though.

Sure, be more specific in what you mean by how it connects. To me that is how. I am not very techie...It has 2 LNB's... Could it be a receiver issue? or the LNB's are bad?
Have you tried a channel scan on the other receiver?
Also try swapping recievers over to rule out problems with lnb or wiring

I have two receivers, one receiver gets all the channels upstairs and downstairs. The other receiver gets about 1/2 the channels upstairs and downstairs...
It seems like the receiver may be defective, but why would I get some and not all... Is it only receiving from 2 out of the 3 sats? Or maybe only 1 of the 3? Not sure how else to test this?
Tx for the help guys

Swap the receivers to exclude feed issues.
