Streaming over the internet?

Hi,

Ok so I set up streaming via by logging into the web interface remotely and using vlc. Only issue is it is streaming full quality and obviously my upload speed can not handle this.

How can I reduce the quality of the stream so its watchable?

For reference my broadband is 20MB DL and 1MB UP

You would have to stream to a pc on your network and then restream at lower bit rate I have made a guide in the sticky section to do this
