HELP! again red light on and stuck at starting!!

ok I was deleting some unused plugins, box asked to reboot now its stuck on starting 45mins plus! running vix,3.0. totally stumped its a genuine box from WOS. plaese help

shut the box down, unplug it, leave is for 15 minutes then try and start the box again, if it does not boot up and still sits on starting with a red light, then you may have a faulty capacitor, it the box a couple of years old, as this is a fault with duo`s after a couple of years, the capacitior dried up and needs replaced ??

Don't just turn box off. This can damage the box. Telnet to box init 4, command this will put enigma to sleep. Then turn off box.

Ok reflashed the box with latest vix image. Back on now just trying to setup the channels, sorry pretty much a computer illiterate
