Boot going into loop after flashing to "openvix-Zeus.019-tmnano_usb.zip"

Hi

Bought a TM Nano OE box and it came with Open Pli 3 image. I have made a back up of the original image and then flashed the box with a Vix image. I got version openvix-Zeus.019-tmnano_usb.zip from http://www.world-of-satellite.com/enigma2/openvix/index.php?dir=TM-Nano-OE/


Followed exact instructions with the following steps:
1- Put the update folder in the root of usb
2-Switch off box from behind
3-PLug in USB stick
4- Switch on from behind
5- With confirmation on screen pressed OK button to start flash process
6- After few minutes got confirmation flash completed and to remove USB and restart box
7- Removed usb
8- Switched off from rear and restarted

Actual outcome: Box reboots and keep showing the OPENVIX image and refreshes every 30 seconds to show the same things. Screenshot of issue attached33675

I take it you did not flash the bootloader? The TMs are the only receivers that required a new bootloader for Zeus.

Download from link below. Your receiver should start fine after installing it. You flash/install it the same way as the image.

You're quite right. I havent flashed bootloader. Will give it a go as you advised and will update the post accordingly.

Issue resolved with flash of boootloader.
Thanks for the help.

I now need to load some channel list ( favourites ) rather than doing scan. i'd appreciate help on doing so..i already have my list of satellites from Vhannibal
