What or how do I determine what are best settings to use for transcoding from a Solo2 box?

Hi,
I think it is quite simple. Take the upload your ISP grants you subtract 3-400K and that is the bitrate to chose. So if you have 1MBit upload 6-700K would be the maximum you can set. The higher the better and 1MBit is maximum for Solo2. Select 30Hz because I get a terrible result with 25/50HZ.

I am using Openvix Zeus 0.19 and my ISP upstream is 1.2Mbps so I am experimenting with transcoding at 700Kbps - 800Kbps.
Lipsync is poor and image is pixelated.

That's my experience with the SOlo2 as well.
Please only use 30Fps, as 25Fps makes it even worse.

I've switched the fps to Auto and the results seem to be much better. Lip-sync has significantly improved.
