Hi,
install it, restart GUI, call plugin, select one or more selections, press enter, leave plugin. Now you have one or more new bouquets with these IPTV channels. Some popular channels are hit and miss as they often only live for a few hours/days.

I have download from online feed the pligin iptv list updater. However, I have noticed that the version of 30/04/2014 is not include the sport list and many other channel lists.
