epg problem

hi guys im running my second box vu+ solo on openvix zeus 013 and ive been having this problem for a while now.when it goes to download the epg update it always stops on 11.mbs and freezes..also wont show synopsis.but it does work now and again.thanks in advance

Please delete the Cross database folder, update to build 15 and try again.
