how to flash

Can some one please point me in the right direction, for the tutorials. On how to flash the boot loader and then the new Zeus image. I've tried this link www.openvix.co.uk Which is supposed to contain the required information.

For future reference, flashing the bootloader is the exact same procedure as the image. Just make sure you flash the boooader first.
