Normal volume on HD Channels, Can barely hear other channels.

This problem just happened without any updates or any changes to settings.

The HD Channels i can hear fine, but the rest of them are at a VERY low volume and i cannot make them out, can't understand why. Any ideas?

did you try checking the audio stream on remote,i know mine on hd i turn up sound and go to another channel far to loud,nothing is standard.:confused:

No mention of image, build, how sound is being processed, HDMI - AMP? and so on...
Impossible to even provide any clues.

You did check that the volume of the box has been set to maximum I presume?
