Backup to USB

Hello

When I attempt to backup my Vix image and settings under the Vix menu it only shows the HDD and not my USB stick which already has Picons and a swap file?

Please advise

To choose where, you need to go to the Image Manager in the VIX Menu, and then press the Menu button. This will give you a screen like below asking where you want to save the backups:
