Have made some small changes.

Have asked this before but got no answer then.
Which file is it that specifies the name of the days show in the skin?
It's certainly not from enigma2.po for it is translated correctly, but skin shows otherwise.

In what part of the skin the day names are not correct? Have you checked strftime strings? I don't see anything wrong in Finnish day names, only problem is hard coded date format in parts of the default skin, i.e. 24/3/2014 instead of the 24.3.2014 format we use.

day names etc are take from standard LINUX time from your locale nothing to do with E2.

it uses standard 'strftime'

we have NO control, you must be using the wrong language.

as for the layout, it all depends on the skin and how it is calling dates.

Best regards,

Could someone double check the .po file.

Thanks

I don't speak Norwegian nor Danish; technically the po-file was correct.
If anyone has (better) translations, he can post them for us.

There is a mistake in the language setup menu. It is possible to choose between "Norsk" and "Norsk Bokmål". But "Norsk" is actually what Norwegians will name as "Norsk Bokmål".
In OpenVix "Norsk Bokmål" actually is what Norwegian will call "NyNorsk". So the setup menu is confusing. About less than 25% of all Norwegians uses "NyNorsk". It is great that OpenVix has to the option to choose, but please rename "Norsk Bokmål" to "NyNorsk".

So if I swap the two names it would be OK?
