Zeus Transcoding

Hi.

Seems like transcoding on live streams is again not working in the latest version of Zeus (007) for the Solo2. Was definitely working in the earlier versions, but seems it is broken again. Has anything changed in the newest builds to stop this working - possibly a driver update?

Actually just tested this on my solo2 on 007 and having same issues the apps I use stream and detect the box but streaming doesn't indeed work


I noticed 008 is out so will upgrade and report back

I can confirm streaming works fine on 008

No issues at all , try a software update from menu > setup > software update

Upgraded to 008 - still doesn't work. Using port 80 with no authentication.

Usual error message in VLC:

Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'http://192.168.1.51:8002/1:0:19:1B1C:802:2:11A0000:0:0:0:'. Check the log for details.

On PC - Windows 8.1, VLC 2.1.3. Was working fine in the first version of Zeus

Hi,
no problem here with Zeus #8 and VLC 2.08 but under Linux. 25/50Hz makes trouble have you tried 30/60Hz?
