hi,

i recently bought a vu duo box, however i am just wondering how would i add particular channels say for example if a channel stopped working or a new channel came out how would i add it again or add the new one?

dont know if this is correct - do i need to use dreambox edit and add latest channel list, if so how?

please let me know, thanks.

Press Menu on the remote, then Information -> About.

If it is ViX, chances you have ABM built in unless it's an old, old build...
Menu -> Setup -> Service searching -> AutoBouquetsMaker. Set that up & it will take care of any new channels/channel changes for you on a good few different sats.

This seems great how would I set it up.
I went into auto bouquet maker, and set up providers. What would I do in configure part?

There is a tutorial in the guides section of www.openvix.co.uk titled ABM draft 1 or something to that effect, this will show you how to setup ABM.
