Found this on another forum.

Warning noticed “for SF8 models”:

For the SF8 there are floating manipulated bootloaders around which sets the BCM7358 CPU on 751Mhz.
The CPU is not overclocked as actually the BCM7358 chip is a 751Mhz.
Broadcom cannot guarantee it will run good on 751Mhz and reduced it to 500Mhz, however Broadcom update the info for the BCM7358 a short while ago and do now guarantee up to 600Mhz.

We strongly advice not to use the 751Mhz bootloaders as it’s not guarantee by Broadcom and test confirms that the CPU gets hotter.
Running on 751Mhz can reduce life time (Don't fall under warranty) of the box and for the SF8 the effect of extra performance is low.
Due that SF8 use good quality DDR3 memory it had already better performance.

Sweet will try these out, with them being official I'm guessing I can use without affecting the warranty...

So far NO increase in detectable heat (feels cooler on the back of my hand than my GB800UE+ with the same CPU)
