c line ertry

Hi i want to know if this is the correct c line entry.I type it this way but no picture yet.(use line 81 for entry)
host <username> <password> <port> <deskey>

C: nfpsserxxxx 269xxxxxx 269xxxxxx 170xxx 6103xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

then click file and save. Thanks.
