I'd like to suggest an idea to help save time, repeated threads and some may even benefit from some reading.
When I have a problem with my box I use the forum search bar for a solution then Google and if that fails I post a new thread. The problem I have is when I do use the forum's search bar I have to trawl through loads of repeated threads and posts.
I was thinking it would be a good idea to ask anyone who is submitting a new thread if they have used the search bar and also the key words they searched for. I see the same people answering the same questions on here on a daily basis, and although they don't mind helping this must become very frustrating, so if posters had to answer these questions before posting it might save a lot of time and space on the forum and they most probably will find the answers they were looking for.
Anyway that's my two cents worth
